Product Description DNase I is an endonuclease that digests single- and double-stranded DNA to oligonucleotide containing a 5' phosphate and 3'-hydroxylated ends. Both single- and double-stranded DNA are degraded by DNaseI.
It is an essential enzyme for the efficient digestion of DNA during RNA purification, suitable for all molecular diagnostics and in vitro mRNA synthesis applications.
Expressed in an E.coli strain with DNaseI gene isolated from bovine pancreas.

Figure 1. 1µg DNA was added to various activity units of DNase I in a total reaction volume of 10µL. Compared with competitors 1 and 2, DNase I of KACTUS has a stronger digestive effect.
Figure 2. Different concentrations of ions were added to the transcriptional reaction. Results show DNase I is inhibited by Na+ and K+.
