KACTUS is excited to return to Antibody Engineering & Therapeutics (AET) USA 2026, taking place December 13–16, 2026 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego in San Diego, California. As one of the longest-running meetings dedicated to antibody science, AET USA brings together researchers and industry leaders working across antibody discovery, engineering, therapeutic development, bispecifics and multispecifics, ADCs, proteins, AI, and computational approaches.

This year’s event will bring together 900+ global antibody scientists and executives, 135+ speaker presentations, 75+ exhibitors, and 125+ scientific posters, creating opportunities to explore new data and technologies across the antibody discovery and development landscape.

Antibody Engineering & Therapeutics (AET) USA is a leading scientific meeting focused on the discovery, engineering, and development of antibody-based therapeutics. The conference connects scientists and decision-makers from pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, academia, and technology providers to share new research, platform advances, and development strategies across the antibody field.

The 2026 program explores topics including in vitro and in vivo antibody discovery, difficult and transmembrane targets, bispecific and multispecific antibodies, cell engagers, proximity-based approaches, ADCs, Fc engineering, AI and machine learning, developability, and therapeutic applications beyond oncology. Insightful Presentation

KACTUS will also be presenting at AET USA 2026, with Ivana Serrano, PhD, highlighting approaches to make challenging therapeutic targets more accessible for antibody discovery. The presentation will explore native membrane protein formats, including VLPs and nanodiscs for GPCRs, ion channels, and transporters, as well as complex therapeutic proteins and multi-component assemblies.
