Upcoming Event: Discovery on Target 2026 x KACTUS

We’re heading to Boston for Discovery on Target (DOT) 2026 for the first time, taking place September 28–October 1, 2026 at the Sheraton Boston. For more than 20 years, Discovery on Target has brought together the science, technology, and people driving therapeutic discovery across small molecules, antibodies, peptides, conjugates, radiopharmaceuticals, and other emerging modalities.

What is DOT?

Discovery on Target (DOT) brings together pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, and technology leaders focused on advancing drug discovery from target identification through lead generation and optimization.

The 2026 conference features seven concurrent programs spanning small molecules, peptides, biologics, conjugates, and radioligands. Across these tracks, attendees can explore new targets and mechanisms, emerging therapeutic modalities, AI-enabled discovery, advanced screening technologies, antibody engineering, membrane protein targeting, conjugation strategies, and radiopharmaceutical development.
