The CHO Residual DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit provides specific and rapid quantification of residual CHO DNA in a wide range of biological products, including interferons, interleukins, EPO, monoclonal antibodies, diagnostic reagents, and recombinant protein vaccines. Based on the qPCR method, this kit is designed to detect residual DNA from multiple CHO cell strains, such as CHO-K1, CHO-DXB11, CHO-S, and CHO-DG44.
