Recombinant CCR2B (C-C Chemokine Receptor Type 2B) Proteins

2 products

Background

The chemokine receptor CCR2B, one of two isoforms of the receptor for monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (CCL2), plays a pivotal role in attracting monocytes and is implicated in various chronic inflammatory conditions. An actin-binding protein known as filamin A (FLNa) interacts with the carboxyl-terminal tail of CCR2B. FLNa assumes a significant role in regulating the internalization and precise spatial distribution of the CCR2B receptor within dynamic membrane structures.
