Recombinant Glypican-3: GPC3

7 products

Background

Glypican-3, encoded by the GPC3 gene in humans, is a protein composed of two core subunits. The N-terminal subunit has an approximate size of 40 kDa, while the C-terminal subunit is around 30 kDa. This protein holds promise as a therapeutic target for the treatment of various cancers, including liver cancer. Researchers have developed several therapeutic antibodies targeting GPC3 to explore its potential in cancer therapy.
