Product Description |
Pyrophosphatase hydrolyzes inorganic pyrophosphate generated during in vitro transcription reactions. By removing unwanted pyrophosphate, the equilibrium is shifted to the product side increasing RNA yield. A PH 7.0 is ideal for optimal performance and the cofactor Mg2+ is required for enzymatic activity. Expressed in an E.coli strain with the pyrophosphatase gene from yeast. |
