Product Background	Interleukin-21 (IL-21), produced predominantly by CD4 T cells and natural killer T (NKT) cells, is a newly discovered member of the common γ-chain family of cytokines. It has been implicated in many immunological processes and has been linked to autoimmune diseases, allergies and other inflammatory diseases.

Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in 20mM NaAc, 150mM NaCl (pH 5.5). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 ug/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 20mM NaAc, 150mM NaCl (pH 5.5).
