Formulation

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 ug/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 4mM HCL.
Stability And Storage
Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Canine PDGFA on Bis-Tris PAGE under reduced condition. The purity is greater than 90%.
Measured in a cell proliferation assay using Balb/C 3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblasts. The ED50-for this effect is 5 - 15 ng/mL.
