|Recombinant Human CXCL4 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Glu32-Ser101.
|Chemokines regulate leukocyte migration during physiological and pathological conditions. It is currently accepted that these chemotactic cytokines are also important in the development and progression of cancer. CXCL4 and its non-allelic variant CXCL4L1 are two platelet-associated chemokines that have been attributed anti-tumoral activity as a result of their angiostatic potential and the chemotactic activity for anti-tumoral leukocytes.
|PF-4; Oncostatin-A; CXCL4; SCYB4; Iroplact; MGC138298
|The protein has a predicted MW of 34.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
|> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE;> 95% as determined by HPLC
|Less than 1EU per ug by the LAL method.
|Shipped at ambient temperature.
|Lyophilized from 0.22um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
|Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 ug/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
|Stability And Storage
|Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
