Product Description |
Recombinant Human PTP alpha/PTPRA Protein is expressed from Baculovirus-Insect Cells with His tag at the C-terminus.It contains Ala183-Lys802. |
Product Background |
The receptor protein-tyrosine phosphatase α (encoded by PTPRA), a 130-kDa transmembrane PTP, has shown to be a physiological regulator for PTK c-Src and the kinases involved in integrin signaling pathway including FAK and P130cas. The activation of PTPRA on Src Y530 dephosphorylation led to cellular transformation, which suggested that PTPRA might be an oncogenic gene. |
