Product Description |
Recombinant Mouse Integrin alpha L beta 2 (ITGAL&ITGB2) Heterodimer Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Tyr24-His1087 (ITGAL) acidic tail & Gln24-Asn702 (ITGB2) basic tail. |
Product Background |
Integrin αLβ2 is one member of the integrin family and also called leukocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1). It is widely expressed on T lymphocytes and controls the function and, in particular, the migration of immune cells[1]. Active αLβ2 can bind ICAM1/CD54, ICAM2, ICAM3 and JAM1[2]. |
