Mouse TEM7R/PLXDC2 Protein (TEM-MM17R)
|Recombinant Mouse TEM7R/PLXDC2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Glu31-Ala455.
|Plexin domain containing 2 (PLXDC2), a cell surface transmembrane protein receptor for pigment epithelium derived factor, is expressed in many tissues including the eye. Plxdc2 is a type I transmembrane protein with some homology to nidogen and to plexins. It is expressed in a highly discrete and dynamic pattern in the developing nervous system, with prominent expression in various patterning centres.
|The protein has a predicted MW of 49.01 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 75-100 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
|> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE;> 95% as determined by HPLC
|Less than 1EU per ug by the LAL method.
|Shipped at ambient temperature.
|Lyophilized from 0.22um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
|Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 ug/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
|Stability And Storage
|Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
