Mouse B7-H3/CD276 Protein (BH7-MM173)
|Recombinant Mouse B7-H3/CD276 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Val29-Ala248.
|B7-H3, a member of the B7 family of immunomodulatory molecules, is overexpressed in a wide range of solid cancers.B7-H3 binds to activated T cells via an as yet unidentified receptor. In assays using sub-optimal amount so anti-CD3 stimulation, 2Ig‑B7‑H3 enhances T cell proliferation, T cell interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) production, and cytotoxic T cells induction.
|The protein has a predicted MW of 24.98 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 42-52 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
|> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE;> 95% as determined by HPLC
|Less than 1EU per ug by the LAL method.
|Shipped at ambient temperature.
|Lyophilized from 0.22um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
|Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 ug/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
|Stability And Storage
|Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
